1LocatetheMotorProtectingSwitch(S301).Presstheoperatinghandledownto
positionOFF.
2MakesurethattheLEDindicatorL2onthefrontofthe24VDCpowersupplyislit.
3LocateHoist/LowerSwitch(S302).SettheswitchtopositionHOIST.
4MakesurethatHoistingContactor(K301)isnot
activated.
IfHoistingContactor(K301)isactivated:
aLocateUpperLimitSwitch(S304)onthehullunit(insidethegantry,atthetop).
bPressUpperLimitSwitch(S304)up
toactivateit.
cMakesurethattheHoistingContactor(K301)isdeactivated.
5LocateHoist/LowerSwitch(S302).SettheswitchtopositionLOWER.
6VerifythatLoweringContactor(K302)isactivated.
7LocateLowerLimitSwitch(S305)onthehullunit(insidethegantry,atthebottom).
PressLowerLimitSwitch(S305)down
toactivateit.
8VerifythatLoweringContactor(K302)isactivatedwhenyouactivateLowerLimit
Switch(S305).
9LocatethehandcrankinsidetheMotorControlUnit.Removethehandcrank
fromitsstorageposition.
10VerifythatLoweringContactor(K302)isdeactivated.
Donot
placethehandcrankbackintoitsstorageposition.
11LocateHoist/LowerSwitch(S302).SettheswitchtopositionSTOP.
