Thehullunitislubricatedasapartoftheproductionprocess,andthusprovidedfully
lubricatedwhendeliveredtothevessel.Additionallubricationofthehullunitmustonly
takeplacewhenrequired.Evenwhenthetransducershaftsleeveisfullylubricated,
smallairpocketsmayexpandiftheST90isusedinaverywarmclimate.Insomecases,
theseairpocketshavemadeitdifculttolowerandhoistthetransducer.
