Required Tools and Equipment
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE MAY RESULT IF AN SH4R OR SH4R-2
IS INSTALLED IN A TWO-POST NON-ETSI RACK.
The depth and weight of a populated shelf might cause structural and
mounting bracket damage. Additionally, its instability might cause it
to fall and become damaged. For non-ETSI configurations, you must
install the SH4R and SH4R-2 in a four-post rack (with the guide rail
kit).
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE MAY RESULT IF AN SH1R IS
INSTALLED IN A TWO-POST RACK (WITHOUT THE MID-
MOUNT BRACKETS).
The depth and weight of a populated shelf might cause structural and
mounting bracket damage. Additionally, its instability might cause it
to fall and become damaged.
