SH4R Shelf
For DCpower, redundant A- and B-battery feeds provide the shelf power with an input of
–48 VDC . The power feeds are located on the bottom rear of the shelf. Each power
supply has its own A and B backplane feed. Each input feed has its own –48 V fail
detection.
For ACpower, the AC power cables connect directly to the front of the power supply at
the rear side of the shelf.

Grounding
The SH4R contains these ground terminals and connectors:
l Chassis ground
l Signal ground
l Strap for a 2-zone or 3-zone configuration
l ESD ground
The signal ground and 3-zone ground configuration are currently not
supported.
