l ESD-preventive wrist strap or other personal grounding device
l Appropriate front cover(s) for the HD shelf

Removing a Shelf Front Cover
1. Verify that you are properly grounded with an anti-static wrist strap or heel strap
connected to the grounded ESD jack.
2. If the front cover held on with latches, use your forefingers to simultaneously push
the latches in on both sides of the front cover, and then at the same time, gently pull
the cover toward you.
3. If the front cover held on with magnet pins, hold the cover by the shorter sides and
pull the cover toward you.
4. Remove the cover and set it aside.
