Replacing the PSM-AC6 Air Filter Pad
14. Push on the faceplate to fully seat the air filter unit. It is completely inserted when its
faceplate is flush with the back plate of the shelf.
15. Properly dispose of the dirty air filter pad.

Replacing the PSM-AC6 Air Filter Pad
1. Verify that you are properly grounded with an anti-static wrist strap or heel strap
connected to the grounded ESD jack.
2. Verify that the power source is disconnected from the PDU.
3. Locate the air filter. It resides inside the black fan cover on the front of the PSM-AC6.

4. Carefully lift up and out on the bottom of the black fan cover.
5. Gently pull the cover away from the module, disconnected it from the latches holding
it in place.
6. Remove the air filter pad from the inside of the cover.
7. Insert a replacement air filter pad of the same type and dimensions as the one you
removed into the cover.
8. Reattach the fan cover by aligning the top of the cover with the openings on the PSM-
AC6.
9. Gently press the cover front panel latches into the module slots.
10. Properly dispose of the dirty air filter pad.
