Dark (unlit) Off The module is not
provisioned or no
power is supplied to
the module.
1. Ensure that the FTM is properly
installed.
2. Use the management software
to verify that the FTM is
correctly provisioned.
3. Verify that the PSMs in the shelf
are operational and receive the
required external power.
4. If the LED remains off, a
hardware error might have
occurred. Return the FTM to
ADVA Optical Networking.
