ONFIGURE QOS OVER TUNNEL INTERFACE
QoS can be configured over Tunnel (IPSec/GRE) interfaces.
When you attach a policy to the tunnel interface, you have to explicitly attach a
policy (root–policy) to the physical interface to which the tunnel is associated. You
can then attach the tunnel to the policy.
Notes:
1. You are not allowed to configure a tunnel on a policy map already applied to any
tunnel interface.
2. You can configure tunnel class only if there is a policy map attached to the tunnel
interface.
3. The maximum level of the policy on the tunnel interface is three.
4. A policy map can have multiple tunnel classes.
Step 1: Under the Policy Map table, select the policy map to which the tunnel is to
be associated, and click New Traffic Class.
Step 2: The New Traffic Class page is displayed in the center panel.
Step 3: Select Tunnel radio button. Tunnel Attachment page is displayed.
