Description
This command is especially used by the technical support personnel to dump the device overall
operation information. The output includes the following information.
Basic System information
System log
Running configuration
Layer 1 information
Layer 2 information
Layer 3 information
Application
OS status
Controller’s status
This command can be interrupted by Ctrl+C or ESC when it is executing.
Format
show tech_support
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
