NOTE: Filters
Sometimes you may want to look at everything the device
contains. However, some devices like the Internal Hard Disk
or a CD-ROM can contain so much data that it can be useful
to only look at certain items and hide those which are not of
interest to you. For this purpose a number of FILTERS are
provided on the right side of the screen. You can use a filter
to tell the system that you only wish to see songs of a certain
type. Anything else will not be shown to you.
For example, if you have a CD which contains hundreds of
Midifiles plus .WAV files, Mp3s and more, you can use the
buttons on the right side to show you only the type of files
you are interested in. Pressing MP3 will show you only the
Mp3 files on that CD. Pressing SMF will show you only the
Midifiles and so on.
Remember that when you dont wish to use a filter, you
should select ALL. This effectively turns off all the other
filters and allows you to view every file.
