Press to close the setting screen.
Selects the method of analysis.
Performs analysis when is pressed.
Performs analysis automatically after measure-
ment completes.
• is valid only when the trigger is set to "Sequential sweep" or "Step sweep."
Analysis will not be performed automatically when the trigger is set to "Repeat sweep."
• Equivalent circuit analysis cannot be performed manually on the Continuous Measurement
screen. To perform equivalent circuit analysis during continuous measurement, change the setting
to auto and save the panel.
