You can save the measurement data to a USB flash drive in CSV format.

Saves the measurement values displayed in the current screen in CSV format.
ANALYZER mode
Saves the measurement values of one sweep in CSV format.
CONTINUOUS mode
Saves the measurement result of each panel in CSV format.
