Chapter 2 Measurement Preparations
Be sure to read the “Usage Notes” (p. 7) before connecting power.
Connect the power cord to the power inlet on the instrument, and plug it into an outlet.

Check that the instrument’s power switch is turned off.

Confirm that the line voltage matches instrument
requirements, and plug the power cord into the power
inlet on the instrument.

Plug the other end of the power cord into an outlet.
Turn off the power before disconnecting the power cord.
