Chapter 5 ANALYZER Function
Set the sweep parameter. In analyzer mode, measurement is performed during sweeping for the parameter
set for this item. The following four types of parameter can be set as the sweep parameter.
5.2.2 Setting the Sweep Parameter
When the sweep parameter is changed, the comparator setting and sweep points are initial-
ized.
• Frequency
• Open circuit voltage
• Constant voltage
• Constant current
