• In the deviation percentage mode, the measurement
value is displayed as a deviation (%) from the refer-
ence value.
• The reference value and upperand lower limit values
are set in the same manner as in the percentage
mode.

• The settings of the reference value and the upper
and lower limit values are common to both the per-
centage mode and deviation percentage mode.
