This section describes how to set the trigger. In continuous measurement mode, measurement will be per-
formed in accordance with the trigger settings configured as described in this section. Two types of triggers
can be set: sequential measurement and step measurement.

Select the trigger setting.
Performs sequential measurement.
When the external trigger is input, all panels
set to on the setting screen are
measured.
Performs step measurement.
When the external trigger is input, the panel
set to on the setting screen is mea-
sured, and the instrument switches to the
next panel’s measurement conditions.
