The value of the test signal level may change according to the sample which is being tested.
This instrument is possible to vary the level of the test signal applied to the object under test over a wide
range using the following three methods.
4.3.1 Setting the Measurement signal level
Do not switch between V, CV and CC while the test sample is still connected to the mea-
surement terminals because doing so may damage the test sample.
Set open circuit voltage (V)
The value of the open circuit voltage is set.
Set constant voltage (CV)
The value of the voltage between the terminals of the object under test is set.
Set constant current (CC)
The value of the current flowing through the object under test is set.
