When the bale chamber is full, an audio signal will be heard and the drive must stop the
machine. The two net guide rollers deliver the net into the bale chamber and the bale is tied.
If the net tying process is completed, the tailgate of the machine opens and the bale falls onto
the lifter (Comprima CF155XC) or wrapping table (Comprima CV150XC).

The wrapping process is started in the wrapping device while a new bale is compacted in the
bale chamber.
The bale rolls onto the driven swivel table while the wrapping arm circles at the same time
around the bale and wraps it witch stretch sheet. After a pre-set number of wraps, this working
process stops automatically.
As soon as the driver stops because the next bale has been compacted completely and
imbedded the net, the swivel table inclines to the rear. The bale is set down on a rubber cover
behind the machine.

The tailgate opens if the net tying process is completed. The bale is transferred from the bale
chamber to the wrapping table via gravity. If necessary, the lifter activated by a sensor supports
the bale transfer on slopes.
Note
The bales should not be placed down while the machine is moving as this could lead to
damages of the sheet.
Note
Wrap the bale all-round with at least six layers of sheet. The overlapping of each two layers of
sheet must be 50%.
