An optimum adjustment of the feed position has been reached when the feeder plate (3) of the
net has moved out just far enough that there is still a small gap between the feeder plate (3) and
the conveyor roller (4).
The dimension between the pivot point of the ratchet (1) and the operating lever (2) must be “A”
= 285 mm.
In Case of Deviations, Set the Dimension “A” As Follows:
• Call menu “Manual sensor test” in the operation terminal.
• Move the engine out over the control unit dimension A between the pivot point of the ratchet
mechanism (1) and the adjusting lever (2) A = 285 mm. Only a little gap is allowed to be
existent between feeder plate (3) and conveyor roller (4).
• Save these feed position via a control unit.
