The setting of the baling pressure is carried out on the machine.
The following steps have to be taken for baling pressure setting:
• Turn the handwheels (2 and 3) all the way in (observe minimum baling pressure; see below
if the baling pressure has fallen below 50 bar)
• Receive crop with the machine until the baling pressure builds up to about 10 bar higher
than the desired baling pressure
• Set the desired pressure by using the handwheel (3)
Clockwise = increase the pressure
Anticlockwise = decrease the pressure

Note
The baling pressure will only adjust itself when crop is being supplied to the chamber.
The maximum pressure must not exceed 180 bar.
The minimum pressure must not fall below 50 bar. Do not use the machine to perform work at a
baling pressure of less than 50 bar.
