6.17 Moving the Bale Turner into Transport Position
Danger! – Transport / road travel
Effect: Danger to life, serious injuries or serious damage to the machine.
• The bale turner must be swivelled up into transport position for transport / road travel.
• Make certain that the locking bar (12) is in pos. (I) in transport position and secured with
bolt and cotter pin.

• Swivel the locking bar (12) out of position (I) by removing the bolt (11).
• Fold in bale turner (1).
• Swing locking bar (12) into position (I) and secure with bolt, washer and cotter pin (11).

During road travel the baffle plate (13) must always be folded out, otherwise the left rear light
would be covered.
