Check the Chain Tension:
The length of the spring (a) when tightened
must be:
approx. 495 mm (CV150XC)
approx. 465 mm (CV210XC)
Correct the Chain Tension:
• Turn the nut (4) to increase or decrease the spring tension of the tension spring (2) on the
threaded rod until the distance (a) is set on the above mentioned values.
