For very critical forage and extremely hard bales, the bales can be given additional protection
against turning as follows:
• In order to reduce the pressure on the side walls there should not be extreme driving to the
right/left
• Reduce the number of the outer cutting blades or turn off the cutting system or remove the
cutters

The assembly of additional bars (2) on the starter roller is recommended to increase the
protection against turning of the bales.
Assemble the bars (2) on the starter roller in the inside of the bale chamber:

• Swivel the shut-off valve (1) in the return of the left lifting cylinder from position (a) to
position (b), the tailgate is locked hydraulically.
• Open the tailgate.
• Assemble the 6 bars (2) on the starter roller and fasten them with countersunk screws (3)
• Swivel the shut-off valve (1) in the return of the left lifting cylinder from position (b) to
position (a), the tailgate is locked hydraulically.
• Close the tailgate.
