– The left side protector is raised.
– The left plastic protector is detached.

• Dismount scraper (1).
• Remove the threaded pin from the adjusting ring on the deflection pulley (2) and remove the
adjusting ring.
• Dismount deflection shaft (2) and mount with deflection shaft (3) in position (a).
• Push the adjusting ring onto the deflection shaft (2) and secure with threaded pin.
• Mount scraper (1) at a higher position.
• Check whether the tensioning rocker still touches the belt (brush marks). Move scraper and
deflection pulley up into hole (b), if necessary.

Note
Only mount the deflection roller (3) 1 hole higher as otherwise the belt is unnecessary loaded.
