Malfunction Possible cause Remedy
Slip of floor conveyor
Belt slips
Very heavy grass without structure
(for example clover grass)
In case of slip of floor conveyor, drive with
less blades or turn blades off or remove
them or reduce the baling pressure.
The inner bale core must only be set to
soft for Comprima CV150 (refer to chapter
“Adapting Soft Core”).
In case of Comprima CV150, a second
drive can additionally be installed. It can
be ordered via spare parts number:
200636500
Machine does not run
smoothly.
The bale start is
difficult.
The setting of the inner bale core is
too tight
Ensure a softer setting of inner bale core
(refer to chapter “Adapting Soft Core”).
Reduce baling pressure.
