● 10000 pieces (10000 words) of signed 16-bit integer data are read from the area starting with
device DT10000, and the data pieces are written in CSV format into "\FP7\DT.CSV" in the
SD memory card in new file mode.
● An empty line is inserted in the data by zero suppression. Line breaks (0Dh+0Ah) are
inserted as delimiters for the 10th data and the end of the data.
