REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (02A, Lifting equipment).
a Remove:
-the front wheel (see 35A, Wheels and tyres,
Wheel: Removal - Refitting, page 35A-1) ,
-the front wheel arch liner (see Front wheel arch
liner: Removal - Refitting) (55A, Exterior protec-
tion).
II - REMOVAL OPERATION
a Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor connector
(1) .
a Unclip the front wheel speed sensor wiring at (2) .
a Unclip the front wheel speed sensor wiring at (3) .
a Remove:
- the front wheel speed sensor bolt (4) ,
- the front wheel speed sensor (5) .
Tightening torquesm
front wheel speed sen-
sor bolt
7 N.m
IMPORTANT
To avoid all risk of damage to the systems, apply
the safety and cleanliness instructions and opera-
tion recommendations before carrying out any
repair (see 38C, Anti-lock braking system, ABS:
Precautions for the repair, page 38C-4) .
