REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Switch off the ignition.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Disconnect the accelerator pedal potentiometer con-
nector (1) .
a Remove:
-the accelerator pedal bolts (2) on the pedal mount-
ing,
-the accelerator pedal.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the accelerator pedal,
- the accelerator pedal bolts on the pedal mounting.
a Torque tighten the accelerator pedal bolts (8 N.m).
a Connect the accelerator pedal potentiometer con-
nector.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Using the Diagnostic tool, check that the accelera-
tor assembly operates correctly.
