Transponder ring: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Switch off the ignition.
a Remove:
-both bolts (1) ,
-the lower half-shell at (2) .
a Remove the upper half cowling.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Disconnect the connector (3) from the transponder
ring (4) .
a Remove the transponder ring.
Note:
The steering wheel does not need to be
removed.
