•Allmeasurementsaremadeandtheresultsarewrittendown.
•Thetopofthetransducerdockisinparallelwiththewaterline.
•Thetopmatingsurfaceonthetransducerdockiscleanwithoutsand,dustorany
otherdestructiveparticles.Isisevenandsmoothwithoutscratches,dentsorother
physicaldamage.
•ThegasketorO-ringonthetopofthetransducerdockisnotdamaged.
•Theinstallationofthegatevalvehasleftenoughspacetoaccessendswitchesand(if
relevant)hydraulicconnections.
•Ifrelevant,thehydraulicsystemhasbeeninstalledasspeciedintherelevant
documentation.
•Thehullplatingsurroundingthemountingangeisevenandsmoothwithout
protrudingobjectsthatcancausenoise.
•Allnecessarypreparationshavebeenmadetodesignandinstallsufcientsupport
brackets.

1Writedownthekeymeasurements.

2Doaclosevisualinspectionofthemountingange,gatevalveandtransducerdock,
andinspectthewaytheyhavebeeninstalled.
Checktheuppersurfaceofthetransducerdocktoensurethatitislevel,undamaged
andclean.
Refertotheapplicablerequirements.
3Doaclosevisualinspectionoftheblisterandthehullplatingclosetothemounting
ange.
Checkforanykindofobjectsthatmaycausenoise.
