7. REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT
(a) Drain the coolant from the radiator and engine drain
cocks.
(b) Close the drain cocks.
(c) Fill system with coolant.

HINT:
Use a good brand of ethylene–glycol base coo–
lant, mixed according to the manufacturer’s in–
structions.
Using coolant which has more than 50% ethyl–
ene–glycol (but not more than 70%) is recom–
mended.
NOTICE:
• Do not use an alcohol type coolant.
• The coolant should be mixed with demineralized
water or distilled water.
