(2) Check that there is voltage between ECM terminal W and body
ground.
(1) There is no voltage between ECM terminals W and E1.

(3) Check wiring between ECM terminal E1 and body
ground.

No trouble (MIL off) and engine running
Check GAUGE fuse (10 A) and MIL.
