2. If it is not already displayed, select the Printer Setup tab from the
Printer Setup tabs. The default network printer name is displayed
in the Selected Printer field. Perform the following:
a. Enable one or more of the following queues:
• Select the Publish Direct Connection check box to
enable users to send jobs to the Direct queue without
spooling.
• Select the Publish Hold Queue check box to enable
users to send jobs to the Hold queue. Jobs in the Hold
queue can only be printed by copying or moving the
jobs to the Print Queue using Command WorkStation or
the Fiery WebSpooler.
• Select the Publish Print Queue check box to enable
users to send jobs to the print queue. Jobs are printed
in the order they are received.
Only queues published in the Printer Setup are available to
remote users.
b. From the Parallel Connection drop down box, select the
queue to which jobs sent through the parallel port are
directed. Only published queues are available.
3. Select the Paper Setup tab to specify PostScript printing options.
