, to attach the proper ring lugs to PE, U, V, and W
conductors to 2090-CPBM7DF power cables when used with 2198-E2055,
2198-E2075, 2198-E2150 servo drives.
Apply the Cable Shield Clamp
This procedure assumes that you have completed wiring your motor power
connector and are ready to apply the cable shield ground plate. Factory-supplied
motor power cables for Kinetix TLP and Kinetix MPx motors are shielded. The
braided cable shield must terminate at the drive during installation.
• 2090-CTPx-MxDx motor power cables are designed specifically for
Kinetix TLP motors and require no preparation.
• For 2090-CPxM7DF cables, used with MP-Series motors, ring lugs need
to be crimped to the PE, U, V, and W conductors when attaching to
2198-E2055, 2198-E2075, 2198-E2150 servo drives.
