To enable the auto-save option:

Description
This command is used to enable ND snooping on the switch.
Format
enable address_binding nd_snoop
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To enable the ND snooping function on the switch:
DGS-3120-24TC:admin#enable address_binding nd_snoop
Command: enable address_binding nd_snoop
Success.
