Viewing VoIP Data
Results
Packet loss, delay and jitter are factors that affect voice quality on a
VoIP network. The VoIP Data screen enables you to place and receive
calls and measure packet loss, delay, and jitter.
To view VoIP data results
1 Press the View softkey.
2 Using the arrow keys, select Call.
3 Press ENTER.
4 Using the arrow keys and the alphanumeric keypad, enter or
select a telephone number.
5 Press the OK softkey.
