Accessing Help
from a Mode Menu
When you access the Help system from one of the mode menus (such
as AutoTest or Measure), the DSAM displays a mode-level Help menu
that enables you to select the general topic you would like to research
within that mode (Figure 6 on page 11).
1 Using the arrow keys, select a topic.
2 Press ENTER.
The Help submode menu for that topic is displayed (Figure 7).
3 To specify the Help text you would like to review, use the arrow
keys again to select a topic.
4 Press ENTER.
Accessing Help
from a Submode
When you access the Help system from any screen within one of the
submodes (such as Combo AutoTest, DOCSIS, or Level), DSAM
displays a submode-level menu of specific Help topics (Figure 7).
1 Using the arrow keys, select a menu item.
2 Press ENTER.
