Configure the printer settings
Change the regional settings
NOTE
Before you can edit a setting or a settings group, you must log on as a key operator or power
user.
If you want to change the initial configuration of the regional settings, you can do so in the
[Preferences] - [System settings] - [Regional settings].
Define the following settings.
• [First language] and [Second language] of the operator panel(s).
You can toggle between these two languages on the operator panel(s).
• [Measurement unit]
Every time you change the [Measurement unit], the controller recalculates the values from
millimeter to inches and vice versa.
• [Media series]
• [Date format]
• [Time format]
• [Keyboard layout]
Current date and time
Make sure that you select the right time zone and the current date and time.
• [Time zone] - This information is used to correct for daylight saving time.
• [Current date and time] - This information is used for date and time settings.
