7.8.3 EtherNet/IP Adapter
Configuring the YRC Controller as an EtherNet/IP Adapter will allow the
YRC Controller to communicate with a device that is configured as an
EtherNet/IP Scanner. The most common use case for this is to
communicate data with a PLC (e.g. Rockwell ControlLogix or
CompactLogix).
7.8.3.1 Creating an Adapter
To configure the YRC Controller as an Adapter, press the {NEW
ALLOCATION} button on the top of the screen. From the dropdown menu
that appears, select “EtherNet/IP Adapter”.
