11.3.4.3 Setting of Safety Fieldbus Input Signals (SFBIN (Fieldbus))
These signals are shown when the optional safety fieldbus function is
enabled.
Safety fieldbus signal transmits/receives the safety-guaranteed “safety
data” through the fieldbus communication path. It has 64 input signal
points and 64 output signal points.
Safety Fieldbus Input signal can be only named.
These signals are always enabled.
