Example
To display stacking mode:
DGS-3120-24TC:admin# show stacking_mode
Command: show stacking_mode

103-7 config stacking force_master_role
Description
This command is used to configure the stacking force master role state. If the state is enabled,
when device is in election state, it still uses old priority setting and MAC to compare device priority.
After stacking is stable, master’s priority will become zero. If stacking topology change again,
Master will use priority zero and MAC address to determine who new primary master is.
Format
config stacking force_master_role state [enable | disable]
Parameters
force_master_role - Enable or disable the Switch’s Stacking Force Master Role state. Default
setting is disabled.
enable - Specify that switch's stacking force master role will be enabled.
disable - Specify that switch's stacking force master role will be disabled.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
