81-10 config pim6 last_hop_spt_switchover
Description
This command is used to make the last hop router to decide whether to receive the multicast data
from the shared tree or switch over to the shortest path tree (SPT).
Format
config pim6 last_hop_spt_switchover [never | immediately]
Parameters
never - Specify to never switch to SPT. The last hop router always receives the multicast data
from the shared tree. This is the default.
immediately - Specify to immediately switch to SPT. The last hop router switches from shared
tree to shortest path tree on the first multicast data arrived.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To set the SPT-switchover mode to never:
DGS-3120-24TC:admin#config pim6 last_hop_spt_switchover never
Command: config pim6 last_hop_spt_switchover never
Success.

81-11 show pim6 neighbor
Description
This command is used to display all neighbors learned by PIM6 on the switch.
Format
show pim6 neighbor {ipif <ipif_name 12>}
Parameters
ipif - (Optional) Specify to the IPv6 interface name to be displayed.
<ipif_name 12> - Enter the IPv6 interface name.
Restrictions
None.
