Conversion of international units (international
system of units)
The values in this manual apply the international
system of units. The conventional units indicated in
the text are worked out through the conversion of
international units.
Rounding
The value after conversion should be rounded as per
the same precision as the international system of
units.
E.g.: 17.2 in the international system of units become
37.84 after the conversionthus 37.8 should be taken
as the value after the conversion.
Upper and lower limits
In case of the data displayed with the upper and lower
limitsif the value is the upper limitthe value after
the conversion should be rounded offif the value
is the lower limit, the value shall be rounded in.
Therefore, the value of non international units may be
different from the actual value of the corresponding
international unit.
