Disassembly/assembly of front door
molding
1. Completely open the front door glass;
2. Pry up the molding end, by use of a flathead
screwdriver wrapped with tape, draw up the
front door molding and remove it.
Installation:
3. Align the rear end of molding with outer
sheet metal compressed by tapping, and then
the entire molding.
Disassembly/assembly of rear door
molding
1. Remove the rear door glass(SeeāāDoors,
Disassembly/assembly of Rear Doors)
2. Pry up the end of molding with a flathead
screwdriver and pull up the rear door
molding and remove it
Installation:
3. Align the rear end of molding with outer
sheet metal compressed by tapping, and then
the entire molding.
Disassembly/assembly of roof molding
Removal of roof molding
1. Pull out the edge of roof molding at the
point 1;
2. Remove the roof molding in the direction
2;
3. Install as per the reverse order with that
of removal (After snapped in the molding,
tear up the release liner of molding tape,
press, front-to-back, the molding into the
groove of sheet metal, enabling the tape be
attached on the sheet metal)
