Disassembly Instructions of steering tie rod
end ball
1. Remove the end rod nut.
2. Use a special tool to remove the steering
knuckle from the ended column.

● Make the alignment mark on the gear shaft and
steering casing body for correct installation.

● Pull out the steering and joint from the right
side.
Installation instructions of bolt
(intermediate shaft)
● After the mark aligned, install the intermediate
shaft and bolt.
