Disassembly/assembly of front doors
7. Disconnect the negative cable of battery;
8. Remove the hinge bolts of front doors and
dismantle the connection of front hinge;
9. Remove the front doors limiter bolt and
dismantle the connection of limiter;
10. Dismount as indicated in the following Table;
11. The installation is in the reverse order with the
removal;

Disassembly instructions of connectors
1. Pull forward the rubber sleeve;
2. Pull out the snaps;
3. Undo connectors and remove the rubber sleeve.
Assembly instructions of connectors
1. Reassemble the connectors;
2. Press down the snaps;
3. Set the rubber sleeve on the bodywork.
Disassembly/assembly of front doors
Attention:
l In presence of the following phenomena, the
power window won’t be able to work
properly.
— Start up the power window motor with the
door glass improperly installed;
— Door window glass replaced.
— Running track of door window regulator
replaced.
— Auto-window regulator removed or
installed.
1. Raise the front doors glasses, from completely
fallen, up to ca. 80mm between the rear glass
top and front door molding
2. Disconnect the negative cable of battery;
3. Break down in the order as shown in the Table
below:
4. The assembly is in the reverse order with that
of disassembly.
