Caution
● When clamping with a vice, a special tool shall
be used to prevent damage on the oil pump.

Caution: The pump body shall be properly
positioned.
1. Use a special tool and a hammer to fit up the
oil seal.
Installation instructions of blades
1. Place the blades in the rotor, the round edge of
blade shall get in touch with the inner edge of
internal cam rim.

1. Face the mark upward and contain the internal
cam ring into the front pump body.
Installation instructions of rear pump body
1. After the rear pump body installed, turn
manually the shaft to see whether it rotate
smoothly.
