7. Remove the upper timing sprocket rail.
Assembly instructions of tensioner
1. Repress the detent by use of a bench vice (direction shown in Fig.) and insert a hard wire
into the lockhole to lock up the tensioner.
2. Fit the tensioner on the cylinder block and tighten the bolt.

After the installation, the tensioner arm cannot be tightened too much, swing the tensioner arm
to see if it can freely drop down.
