Service of liquid level sensor
1. Pull out the sensor plug;
2. Connect an ohmmeter on the plug;
3. Start measuring when the liquid level is more
than the max. value, and confirm the circuit is
not through at this moment.
4. Drain out the brake liquid and confirm that the
circuit is through when the liquid level is below
the min. value.
5. If inconsistent to the case as specified in the
table, replace the sensor.
Disassembly/assembly of brake master cylinder
Caution:
If the brake master cylinder body is damaged, the master cylinder shall be replaced. When the master
cylinder is fixed on a bench vice, only the flange disc of master cylinder is to be fixed.
1. Disassembly as per the order shown in the Table.
2. Assembly in the reversing order of disassembly.
