Removal of front drainage hose
1. Remove the roof (See——Disassembly/
Assembly of Roof);
2. Remove the front drainage hose from the
dormer frame;
3. Remove the front drainage hose from the
clamp;
4. Draw the front drainage hose into the cabin.
5. Remove the front drainage hose.
Mounting of front drainage hose
Caution:
If some of part of front drainage hose is
clamped or bent, water in the hose may be
unable to drain out, and result in water entry
into the cabin. During and after the installation
of the trim panel and roof, be sure that the
whole front drainage hose is through. Solve the
problem if any.
1. Insert one end of the front drainage hose in
the dormer frame;
2. Install the front drainage hose into the clamp
along the column;
3. Insert the front drainage hose plug into the
hole cap as shown in Fig.
4. Install the roof (See——Disassembly/
Assembly of Roof).
Removal of rear drainage hose
1. Remove the roof (See——Disassembly/
assembly of roof);
2. Remove the trunk trim panel (See——
Disassembly/Assembly of Trunk Trim Panel);
3. Remove the rear drainage hose from the
dormer frame;
4. Remove the rear drainage hose from the
clamp;
5. Draw the rear drainage hose into the cabin.
6. Remove the rear drainage hose.
Mounting of rear drainage hose
Caution:
If some of part of rear drainage hose is clamped
or bent, water in the hose may be unable to
drain out, and result in water entry into the
cabin. During and after the installation of the
trim panel and roof, be sure that the whole rear
drainage hose is through. Solve the problem if
any.
1. Insert one end of the rear drainage hose in the
dormer frame.
2. Install the rear drainage hose into the clamp
along the column the hose clamps shall be
tense;
3. Insert the rear drainage hose plug into the
pipe clamp;
4. Install the trunk trim panel (See——
Disassembly/Assembly of Trunk Trim Panel)
5. Install the roof (See—— Disassembly /
Assembly of Roof)
